Julie D. Norr

Julie D. Norr, 59, of Meadville died at home Tuesday, February 2, 2021.  She was born in Meadville October 21, 1961 a daughter of Ruben (Max) Mascitti, Jr. and Lovina Irene Coudriet.

She worked at a nurses’ aide at the former Hillside Home for many years and then at Help Mates.  She enjoyed photography winning several ribbons for her entries at the Crawford County Fair.

She is survived by her longtime companion, Lowell (Scooter) Chambers of Meadville; three sons, Morgan Coudriet, Shawn Coudreit and Jesse Coudriet; her mother, Lovina I. Coudriet; and sixteen grandchildren who were the motivation of her life.

She became an honorable Christian woman that motivated and showed her sons the power of change in Christ.  She helped more people with simple acts of love than can be remembered.

She was preceded in death by an infant grandson, Isaac Morgan Coudriet and her maternal grandparents, Richard F. and Marie E. Wasson who helped raise her.

A graveside service will be held this summer in Kingsley Cemetery, Townville.
