June E. Kough

June E. Kough, 71, of 8787 Hemlock Drive, Meadville, died Monday March 25, 2002, at Meadville Medical Center.

She was born in Morgantown, WV, December 12, 1930, a daughter of William E. & Effie Walters Shank.  She married William F. Kough, December 25, 1948, and he preceded her in death Nov. 28, 1995.

She was a homemaker and affiliated with Trinity Lutheran Church.

Survivors include a brother, William E. Shank, Jr. of Meadville; a niece, Dianna Heilman and her husband Dale of Randolph, NY; two nephews, Bob & Jeff Fiek of Philadelphia, and two great nieces, Angela & Sara Heilman.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Sara Kays, and Georgiana Fiek.

A calling hour will be Thursday from 2-3 p.m. at Robert W. Waid Funeral Home, Inc. 581 Chestnut St., where the funeral and committal service will be held at 3:00 p.m. with the Rev. Brian Moran, pastor, Trinity Lutheran Church, officiating.

Entombment will be in the Mausoleum at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
