Just Joseph Poux

July 26, 1872 — January 1, 1753

Just Poux, 80, died Wednesday morning at his home at Frenchtown after a long illness.

A native of France, Mr. Poux came to the US with his family in 1887 and after 25 years at Cleveland, OH moved to Frenchtown.

Surviving, in addition to his widow, Marie, are three sons, Charles and Robert of Townville and Eugene of Frenchtown; two daughters, Mrs. William Battaglia of Frenchtown and Mrs. William Swaney of Meadville; a brother, Joseph and a sister, Mrs. Cecile Courtney, both of Frenchtown and eighteen grandchildren.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in St. Hippolyte Cemetery.
