Katharine L. Nestor

Katharine L. Nestor, 93, of Meadville, died January 8, 1996.

She was born June 1, 1903 in Johnstown, a daughter of the late Frederich C. and Catherine Kreigsmann Zipf.  She married John R. (Jack) Nestor on February 28, 1924.  He died December 20, 1979.

Survived by a daughter, Ardrienne Windahl of Meadville, nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Greta Shadley; three brothers, Carl, Ralph and Fred Zipf and three sisters, Freida Spotz, Helen Shelley and Margaret Bird.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Grandview Cemetery.
