Katheryne G. Doyle

Mrs. Katheryne G. Doyle, 77, of Meadville, died suddenly Saturday, March 15, 1969, at home.

She was born in Ellington, NY, November 6, 1892, a daughter of Albert A. and Virginia Ballandret Griggs.  She married Thomas Doyle April 19, 1912, and he died in 1957.

She was employed at Talon, Inc. as a final inspector until retiring in 1957, after 30 years' service.

Mrs. Doyle was a member of St. Agatha's Roman Catholic Chruch, the church Altar and Rosary Society and the World War I Veterans, Aux.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. W. T. (Kathryn) McQuaid of Erie; a son, Thomas (Dub) of Meadville; six sisters, Mrs. Rosina Matthews of Davenport, Iowa, Mrs. Ralph (Dolly) McKittrick of Cleveland, Mrs. Albert (Mabel) Stiles and Mrs. Harry (Margaret) Handley of Miami, Mrs. Theodore (Leona) Truran and Mrs. Annetta Williams of Meadville; nine grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
