Kenneth E. Baughman

Kenneth E. Baughman, 66, of Meadville, died Sunday, January 2, 1977, at Spencer Hospital after a long illness.

Born in Meadville July 5, 1910, he was a son of Oliver A. and Bessie M. Steadman Baughman.  He married Nelli Dehner August 19, 1933.  Employed by Meadville Malleable Iron Division of Dayton Malleable Inc. for 47 years, he retired in 1972.  He was a US Army veteran of World War II serving in Europe.  He was a member of Meadville Eagles Lodge.

Surviviors, in addition to his widow, include:  a daughter, Mrs. Jack (Sandra) Hunter of Saegertown; a sister, Mrs. Howard (Myrtle) Walters of Niles, OH; two grandchildren, Dana and Judson Hunter of Saegertown.  A brother, Harold, died in 1933 in the Akron airship disaster.

Services were held at Robert W. Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
