Kenneth L. Butler

Kenneth L. Butler, 52, of Holiday, FL died unexpectedly Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at St. Vincent Health Center, Erie.

He was born January 26, 1963 in Pittsburgh, a son of June Cowden Peterman and Alvie Butler.

Ken was a self-employed transportation operator for the disabled and had also done small engine repair work.  He was an avid hunter, fisherman, and Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

Survivors include a daughter, Casey Butler of Spring Hill, FL; a stepson, Jimmy Barkley of Maryland; his mother and step-father, June and William Peterman of Conneautville; his father, and stepmother, Alvie and Annette Butler of Florida; two grandchildren, David and Lakenzey Jenkins; a sister, Phyllis of North Carolina; a brother, Eric Butler of Ft. Myers, FL; a half-brother; and several nieces, nephews, step-brothers, step-sisters, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Philip Butler.

Services are private.

Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
