Kenneth O. Miller, 85, of Centerville and formerly of East Fallowfield Township, died May 19, 2007, in Centerville at his daughter's home, where he and his wife, Mary Ann have been residing for the past two years.
He was born April 2, 1922, in Middleberry, IN, the son of Edwin J. and Sadie Hostteler Miller. He married his beloved bride of 61 years, Mary Ann Grieser on November23, 1945 in Meadville.
He was a member of Grace Mennonite Chapel, Georgetown Road, and formerly of Sunnyside Mennonite Church, Conneaut Lake, where he was very active, having served as a Trustee, Elder and Sunday School teacher for many years.
He was a lifelong dairy farmer with his wife, Mary Ann in East Fallowfield Township. He was a former member and board member of the PA Dairy Herd Improvement Assn. He enjoyed fishing, making small furniture, other woodworking and most of all, the time with his children and grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Miller of Centerville; a son, Richard Miller (Diane) of Cookeville, TN; five daughters, Eileen Miller of Conneaut Lake, Jean Groce of Hartstown, Gail Hoover (James) of Rockwell, TX, Sylvia Jones (Brian) of Wattsburg and Janet Troyer (Ronald) of Centerville; a sister, Mary Morris (Glenn) of Franklin; a sister-in-law, Eva Miller of Michigan; seventeen grandchildren and two great-granddaughters.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, William Paul Miller and Victor Miller.
Services were held with Waid-Coleman Funeral Home.
Interment was in Sunnyside Mennonite Church Cemetery, Conneaut Lake.
