Kenneth W. Holder

Kenneth W. Holder, 67, of Winter Park, FL, formerly of Meadville, died at Florida Hospital Orlando, FL, Monday evening, July 15, 1974.

Mr. Holder was born July 28, 1906, at Chapmanville, Venango County, a son of Scott and Della Cauvel Holder.  He married Alberta (Bertie Ann) Andrews on February 25, 1947.  Mr. Holder retired in 1961 from his position as office manager of the former Beneficial Finance Co. in Meadville and moved to Florida in 1966.  He was a member of Masonic Lodge 408, Scottish Rite Bodies and the Meadville Elks Lodge and was an Army veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his widow; two sisters, Mrs. Helen Clyde of Chambersburg and Mrs. Grace Powers of Chatanooge, TN; a brother, Carlton of Meadville; and several nieces and nephews.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Shenango Valley Cemetery.
