Klara Cocolin, 64, of Meadville, a former cook, died Sunday, March 21, 1993, at Meadville Medical Center following a five-month illness.
She was born in Czechoslovakia, June 25, 1928, a daughter of Anton and Anna Spitalova Peking. She married Bernard Williams. She subsequently married Constantine (Gus) Cocolin, November 30, 1968. He survives.
She first worked for Crawford Linen Service. She subsequently worked for Burger King in Meadville and then as a cook and maintenance worker for the former Art's Restaurant. She was a member of Vernon Township Volunteer Fire Department.
Survivors, in addition to her husband, include two stepsons, Gabriel (Gus) Cocolin of Glen Burnie, MD and Ronald James Cocolin of Lewiston, ME; three step-grandchildren; and seven step-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three sisters, Anna, Censi and Tony.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Glen Haven Cemetery.
