L. Aretus Walton

October 17, 1870 — January 1, 1753

L. Aretus Walton, 76, well-known East Mead Township farmer, died suddenly at his home Monday evening.  He spent most of his life in the Wayland community.

Surviving are his widow; two sons, W. Linn Walton at home and Lew R. Walton of Meadville; two daughters, Mrs. Merle Cheers of Youngstown and Mrs. Orpha McMahon at home; a granddaughter; two sisters, Mrs. L. S. Brown of Saegertown and Mrs. George Tyler of Meadville and two brothers, Roland and Bates Walton. both of East Mead Township.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Oakwood Cemetery.
