Laura M. King, 80, formerly of Harmonsburg and a resident of Rolling Fields Nursing Home since April 2003, died there Sunday, February 15, 2004.
She was born in Westover, PA, February 16, 1923, a daughter of John and Minnie White Wagner. She married Gaylen King December 16, 1940 and he preceded her in death, January 8, 1984.
She worked at Albro Packing in Springboro and subsequently worked at Blazon and Molded Fiberglass both of Linesville.
She was a life member of Summit Township VFD Aux. She also enjoyed bingo and her various flowers.
Survivors, include three sons, Kenny King (Darla) of Pittsburgh, John King (Bonnie) of Harmonsburg and Dave King of Saegertown; four daughters, Shirley King of Harmonsburg, Sandy Weir (Harold) of Harmonsburg, Judy Graham (Chuck) of Conneautville and Yvonne Porfilio (Rick) of Harmonsburg; twelve grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother.
Services were held at Waid-Coleman Funeral Home.
Interment was in Evergreen Cemetery, Harmonsburg.
