Leteshia M. (Gallagher) Smith, 75 of Greenville, passed away on December 6, 2022 at Avalon Springs Place, Mercer. Leteshia was born in New Vernon Twp on January 27, 1947 to the late Charles and Velma (Brink) Gallagher. She was a graduate of Lakeview High School and went on to become a CNA, working at Countryside in Mercer and St. Paul’s in Greenville. Leteshia enjoyed playing bingo in her younger years and always enjoyed a trip to the casino.
Leteshia is survived by her children; Jackie Sue (Gary) Keck of Hermitage, Christine Brewer of Wesley Chapel, FL and Raymond (Kerry) Smith of Franklin, five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, siblings; Charles (Beverly) Gallagher, Vera Guthrie, Debra Matters, and Mildred (John) Griffith, brother-and-sisters-in-law Pauline Gallagher, Richard Matters, and Lillian Gallagher, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Leteshia was preceded in death by her siblings; Delbert, Walter and Raymond Gallagher and three sisters, Mary Lou Hodge, Eleanor Ayers, and Peg Matters.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Rose and Black Funeral Home & Crematory, Stoneboro & Sandy Lake
There will be no public services
Interment will take place in Sheakleyville Cemetery
