Lila P. Raymer

Mrs. Lila P. Raymer, 82, who lived with a daughter, Mrs. David (Carrie May) First of Meadville, died at City Hospital early Saturday morning, October 22, 1966, after a long illness.

She was born at New Brighton September 26, 1884, a daughter of John and Elizabeth Jones Prothero, and married Earl B. Raymer in 1907.  He died in 1946.

Mrs. Raymer was a member of Blooming Valley Methodist Church.

She is survived by three daughters, Miss Dorothy Raymer of Key West, FL, Mrs. Clarence (L. Gwen) Baker of East Aurora, NY and Mrs. David (Carrie May) First of Meadville; a son, Robert E. Raymer of Miami, FL; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

A son and a daughter preceded her in death.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Grandview Cemetery.
