Lina D. Moynihan

Mrs. Lina D. Moynihan, 98, oldest living member of Meadville First Baptist Church, died Friday, July 7, 1972, at Spencer Hospital after an illness of one month.

Mrs. Moynihan had resided at the Presbyterian Home at Cambridge Springs for the past five years.  She formerly lived in Meadville.

She was born in Meadville, July 2, 1874, a daughter of Byron and Henrietta Dunn DeForrest.  On June 23, 1896, she married Thomas F. Moynihan who died in 1952.  Mrs. Moynihan was a member of the Ladies Aux. of the Brotherhood of Railway Trainmen.

Survivors include a sister-in-law, Mrs. James M. (Dora) Smith of Kissimmee, FL and a cousin, Mrs. G. Richard Hill of Pittsburgh.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
