Linda A. Bauer

Linda A. Bauer, 69, of Conneaut Lake, passed away Sunday, June 26, 2022 at the Marquette Hospice House following a courageous battle with Multiple Myeloma and Lupus.

She was born February 12, 1953 in Irwin, PA, a daughter of the late Charles and Margaret Koch Pfalzgraff.

Linda was a 1971 graduate of Our Lady of Mercy Academy in Monroeville.  A homemaker, she had also worked as a secretary at Conneaut School District, and at Inlet Valley Greenhouse.

Linda had attended Linesville Presbyterian Church.  She enjoyed gardening and had been involved with and was the county representative for the Lupus Society.

Survivors include her companion of 37 years, Jeff Bauer, two sons, Peter Shaffer (Jennifer) of Fallbrook, CA and Mark Shaffer of Meadville; two step-children, Corrina Bucklew of Lorain, OH and Joshua Bauer of White Post, VA; two grandchildren, Morgan and Alexa Shaffer; and six step-grandchildren.

Services will be held at a later date.
