Linda L. Battaglia

Linda L. Battaglia, 48, of Meadville, died Friday 27, 1998, at home, after an illness with cancer.  She was born in New Kensington, August 15, 1949, a daughter of Charles and Ruth Popney Bailey.  She married John Battaglia November, 18, 1972, and he survives.

She was a 1967 graduate of Conneaut Lake High School and had been employed at several medical and dental offices in Meadville.  She was a member of St. Agatha's Church.

Survivors in addition to her husband include, a sister, Barbara Bailey of Meadville; two brothers, Donald and Gary Bailey of Cochranton; also, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A Memorial Mass was held at St. Agatha's Church.

Interment of cremated remains was in the Our Lady Queen of the Americas Cemetery, Conneaut Lake.
