Louise A. Huber

Louise A. Huber, 90, of Meadville, died Monday, September 16, 1996, at Wesbury United Methodist Community, following a brief illness.

She was born at Blawnox, Allegheny County, April 21, 1906, a daughter of the late, William and Charlotte Woolslayer Weyman.  She married Orville F. Huber, Sr., September 23, 1936.  He survives.

She had worked in Retail Sales at one time and also did domestic work in child care.  She was a member of Little Corners United Methodist Church.  She especially enjoyed her family.

Survivors in addition to her husband, include one daughter, Mrs. Carl (Jessie) Durasa of Conneautville; two sons, Paul L. Huber and Orville F. Huber, Jr., both of Meadville; fourteen grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; a sister, Margaret Adkins of Conneautville; and nieces and nephews, including Shirley Dean of Chicago and Clarence Dean of Birmingham, AL, whom she helped raise.

She was preceded in death by a son, William Huber; a sister, Charlotte Reichel; a brother, James Weyman; and a nephew, Royal Dean, whom she also helped raise.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Denny Cemetery.
