Louise V. Walter

Louise V. Walter, 79, of 25941 State Highway #27, Guys Mills, died Wednesday August 4, 2004, at Crawford County Care Center, after a period of declining health.

She was born in Summerville, March 5, 1925, a daughter of the late Ray & Mary Kline Miller. She married Floyd E. Walter, Oct. 10, 1946, and he preceded her in death June 20, 2002.

She was a homemaker and a member of the United Evangelical Free Church of Guys Mills.

Survivors include 1 daughter, Janet Crago and her husband Bob of Guys Mills, 2 grandchildren, Tricia Skinner and her husband Rick of Titusville, and David Crago and his wife Lisa of Townville, 5 great grandchildren, Sydney, Meredith & Mark Crago, and Kai & Cade Skinner, and 1 sister, Ruth Miller of Summerville.

In addition to her parents and husbane, she was preceded in death by 1 sister, Josephine Chittester, and 1 brother Eugene Miller.

Calling hours will be Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at Robert W. Waid Funeral Home, Inc., 581 Chestnut St., Meadville.

The funeral service will be Friday at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home, with the Rev. Mark Merritt, Pastor of the United Evangelical Free Church of Guys Mills, officiating.

Burial will be in Union Cemetery, Guys Mills.
