Lucille Lawrence

Lucille Lawrence, 80, of Meadville, died Monday, November 14, 1994, at Meadville Medical Center following an illness of several months.

She was born in Meadville, September 18, 1914, a daughter of Rodney E. and Katherine VanHorne Hazen.  She married William G. Lawrence, October 10, 1935.  He survives.

She was employed at Talon for 12 years as a production worker.  She also worked at the Saegertown plant of GTI for 12 years.

She was of the Methodist faith.

Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Constance Lou Miller of Titusville; a son, Robert W. Lawrence of Endicott, NY; four sisters, Mrs. Harry (Ann) Clawson of Saegertown, Mrs. Dorothy Reese of Cleveland, OH, Mildred Roesch of Erie and Mrs. Merle (Martha) Williams of Meadville; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Dr. Carman Hazen.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
