Lyle S. Morrow

Lyle S. Morrow, 82, of Meadville, died at City Hospital Sunday, January 28, 1973, after an illness of two years.

He was born at Bartlett, OH, October 21, 1890, a son of Isaac and Fidelia Henry Morrow.  He married Helen Gordon on March 12, 1925.  Mr. Morrow was employed for many years as an insurance agent for Connecticut Mutual Life Insurance Co. in Meadville.  He served as a second lieutenant in the US Army during World War I.  He was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Charles S. Stafford Post 111, American Legion and Bartlett, OH, Masonic Lodge.

Survivors include his widow; a son, Jack of Palo Alto, CA; a sister, Mrs. Pearl Morris of Stuart, FL and three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a sister and three brothers.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
