Mae Graham

Mrs. Mae Graham, 70, a resident of Guys Mills for the past 45 years, died at City Hospital Saturday, June 6, 1970, after a long illness.

She was born in Bradford Township, Clearfield County, July 21, 1899, a daughter of George and Mary Maines Luzier.  She married Howard H. Graham June 2, 1919.  He died in 1957.

Mrs. Graham and her husband had operated the Graham Nursing Home at Guys Mills since 1929.  After her husband's death in 1957, Mrs. Graham was in charge of operating in October 1969.

She was a member of the Church of Christ, near Guys Mills.

Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Ralph (Alelia) Hansen of Guys Mills; one son, Howard B. Graham of Guys Mills; three sisters, Mrs. Velma Lenhart of Clearfield, Mrs. Albert (Ruth) Felker of Guys Mills and Mrs. Ivan (Ethel) Barton of Townville; one brother, Lynn Luzier of Clearfield; four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Three brothers and one sister died previously.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Union Cemetery, Guys Mills.
