Margaret A. Stein

Miss Margaret A. Stein, of Meadville, died Friday night at her home following a long period of ill health.

A clerk at the John J. Shryock Co. store until her retirement about two years ago, she spent most of her life in Meadville, although she was employed for brief periods by the May Co. of Cleveland and Boggs and Buhl of Pittsburgh.  She also worked at the Crawford Store for a time.

She was a member of Christ Episcopal Church and its Section B. and of the Home Decorators Guils.

Surviving are two brothers, Edward L. and William J. Stein, both of Meadville and a niece, Mrs. Walter Freund of Erie.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
