Margaret A. (Stewart) Cercone

Margaret A. Cercone, 90, of Guys Mills and formerly of Stowe Twp., Allegheny Co., PA passed away January 5, 2018 at Meadville Medical Center.

Margaret is survived by her beloved husband Richard D. Cercone.  Margaret and Richard celebrated their 74th wedding anniversary in August 2017.  Margaret is also survived by her four loving children, Linda Showlund, Richard Cercone, Jr. (Cynthia), Judge David Cercone (Mary Ann) and Michael Cercone (Sharon).  Margaret was also adored by her six grandchildren and one great granddaughter.  She was predeceased by her parents Harry E. Stewart and Bertha White Stewart and her sisters, Mary McCabe and Jean Kiryk.  She is survived by a sister, Bertha Davidson.

In honoring Margaret’s wishes, there will be no visitation.  A private family funeral service will be held at the Robert W. Waid Funeral Home, Inc., Meadville with the Rev. David Coddington, Pastor of the United Evangelical Free Church of Guys Mills, officiating.

Interment will be in Union Cemetery, Guys Mills.
