Margaret G. Bubbett

Margaret G. Bubbett, 78, a 10-year resident of Wesbury United Methodist Community, died Sunday, November 13, 1988, at Meadville Medical Center.

Mrs. Bubbett was born in Meadville, January 8, 1910, a daughter of Harry E. and E. Gertrude Hughs Brown.  She married Chauncey Bubbett September 7, 1946.  He preceded her in death June 25, 1969.

She had been employed as a dental assistant with Dr. R.L. Black of Meadville for several years.  She subsequently was employed by Dr. C.R. Ferguson, a Meadville optometrist.  She was a member of Stone United Methodist Church; Golden Crown Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star, Meadville; and the Daughters of the American Revolution.

Survivors include two brothers, George H. Brown of Albany, NY and Hermon G. Brown of Conneaut Lake.  She was preceded in death by four brothers, Henry, Alfred, Herbert and David Brown.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Cochranton Cemetery.
