Margaret "Peggy" Greco of 10000 Adamsville Road, Hartstown, passed away Saturday, March 10, 2012 in her residence suddenly after a brief illness. She was 87. She was born July 28, 1924 in Adamsville a daughter of Wendell S. and Bessie Berlin Andrews. She was a graduate of East Fallowfield High School and worked as a telephone operator after high school. She later was employed at Towne Products, Inc. in Adamsville and Blazon in Jamestown. She married Tony T. Greco on November 23, 1968. She enjoyed gardening, cooking and canning the fruits and vegetables from their garden. She loved all animals, especially dogs and cats and took very special care of Buddy and Penny, who were her constant companions. Times with her grandchildren were very precious to her, and she always enjoyed attending their school activities and all the achievements they made. She was anxiously awaiting the arrival in April of her first great granddaughter, Kayti Elizabeth Buchanan who is being adopted from Bulgaria. She was a lifetime member of Adamsville Presbyterian Church and sang in the choir for a number of years. Her wonderful sense of humor and her lemonade in the summer will be missed by all. Peggy leaves, to cherish her memory, her husband Tony of 43 years, her daughter, Susan and her husband Levi Byler of Hartstown and three grandchildren, Lori Buchanan and her husband Dale, Michael Byler and Lianna Byler all of Hartstown. She is also survived by a sister, Mabel L. Mrvos, a brother-in-law, James P. Unger and many favorite nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Mary K. Unger and a brother, Robert W. Andrews. Calling hours will be Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. at the Waid-Coleman Funeral Home, Inc., 12422 Conneaut Lake Road, Conneaut Lake and Wednesday from 3-4 p.m. at Adamsville Presbyterian Church, 3879 Main Street, Adamsville. The funeral service will follow at 4 p.m. at the church with Rev. Harry Johns, Pastor, officiating. Interment will be in Rocky Glen Cemetery, Adamsville.
