Margaret M. Foster

Margaret M. Foster, 83, of Midlethian, VA, died Monday, August 3, 1998 at Willow Creek Nursing Home, Midlothian, following a brief illness.

She was born in Meadville, October 12, 1914, a daughter of Daniel W. and Agnes Shelvey Callahan.  She married Ralph L. Foster and he preceded her in death in 1959.

She worked for 15 years as part of the clerical staff at Spencer Hospital and she was a member of St. Birgid Roman Catholic Church.  She especially enjoyed her family.

Survivors, include two daughters, Mrs. Dale (Sandra) Barnard of Sudbury, MA and Mrs. William (Sue) Toboz of Midlothian, VA; a sister, Mrs. Harry (Josephine) Boyle of Camarillo, CA; four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by three brothers, Daniel, James and Patrick Callahan and two sisters, Arlene Cutshall and Lucille Damico.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in St. Brigid Cemetery.
