Margery R. Faul

Margery R. Faul, 85, of Meadville, died Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at Meadville Medical Center.

She was born in Meadville May 2, 1928 a daughter of Ellis P. and Rowena Bump Sikes.  She married Robert W. Faul September 21, 1947 and he preceded her in death October 3, 2009.

She was a graduate of Meadville High School and was a very active member of First Baptist Church, singing in its choir for almost 60 years.  She enjoyed painting and calligraphy and did work for both First Baptist Church and the former John J. Shryock Store.

She is survived by two sons, John R. Faul of Meadville and Mark S. Faul of Palm Bay, FL; nieces and nephews and her cat K.C.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Larry D. Faul.

Calling hours will be Wednesday, October 16, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Robert W. Waid Funeral Home, Inc., 581 Chestnut Street, Meadville

The funeral service will be Thursday, October 17, 2013 at 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church, 353 Chestnut Street, Meadville with the Rev. Gerald Walton, Pastor, officiating.

Interment will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.

The family suggests memorials be made to the First Baptist Church, 353 Chestnut Street, Meadville, PA 16335.
