Marianne Sheldon

Marianne Sheldon, 38, of McKean, died Thursday, January 27, 1994, from injuries she sustained in an automobile crash in McKean Township in Erie County.

She was born in Meadville, January 7, 1956, a daughter of Howard and Iola Jean Seaman Shafer.

She was employed briefly by Rich's Products of Lake City.  She previously was a waitress at the Green Shingle Restaurant of Fairview.  She was a graduate of Saegertown High School.

Survivors include two sons, Mark Jay Sheldon at home and Randy James Sheldon of Galien, MI; her father, Howard Shafer of Meadville; three sisters, Elsie Andrejczak of Girard, Doris Sherrod of Venango and Margie Shafer of Lancaster, CA; four brothers, Thomas Shafer of Meadville, David P. Shafer of Cambridge Springs, John R. Shafer of Venango and David E. Shafer of Meadville and several nieces and nephews.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Watson Run Cemetery, Vernon Township.
