Marjorie E. Kirkpatrick

Mrs. Marjorie E. Kirkpatrick, of Meadville, died Wednesday, August 31, 1977, at Hamot Medical Center, Erie, where she had been a patient for one week.  She had been ill for three weeks.

Born in Blooming Valley, she was a daughter of Oscar and Lula Barr Roudebush.  She was the widow of Francis E. Kirkpatrick who died in 1965.  A member of First Presbyterian Church, she also was a member of Crawford County Humane Society and Philo-Mathesian Literary Club.  A graduate of Allegheny College, she was an alumna of Alpha Chi Omega Social Sorority.

Survivors include three sons, Thomas E. Kirkpatrick of Meadville, John E. Kirkpatrick of Wheaton, IL and Francis E. Kirkpatrick, II of Dalton, GA; a sister, Mrs. Sarah Boyd of Meadville and seven grandchildren.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
