Martin E. Lang

March 29, 1942 — April 6, 1973

Martin E. Lang, 31, of Middletown, died at his home Friday, April 6, 1973.  Frank Matincheck, deputy coroner for Dauphin County, ruled death was a suicide.

Born at Erie on March 29, 1942, he was a son of Robert E. and Emma Kuhn Lang.  He was employed as a systems analyst for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for the past three years.  He was a graduate of Meadville Area Senior High School and of Alliance College, Cambridge Springs, where he was a member of Sigma Tau Gamma social fraternity.  He served in the US Army Reserves.  Mr. Lang was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.

Survivors include his parents of Meadville and two sisters, Mrs. Donald (Roxanne) Hutchinson of Honolulu and Mrs. Glenn (Susanne) Smith of Boston.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
