Mary E. Kightlinger

Mrs. Mary E. Kightlinger, 83, of Meadville, widow of Samuel D. Kightlinger, died Wednesday, March 28, 1984, at City Hospital.

She was born at McKean, Erie County, July 31, 1900, a daughter of William and Flora Waters Bossard.

Her husband preceded her in death January 20, 1967.  She worked as a waitress in several restaurants for many years in the Meadville area, at Cleveland and in Florida.  She was a member of the First Baptist Church and the Plus Ultra class of the church.

Survivors include a sister, Mrs. George (Evelyn) Lemon of Meadville, three nieces and one nephew.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a sister and two brothers.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
