Mary E. LoBue, 83, of Meadville, died at Wesbury United Methodist Community Sunday, October 13, 1996, after a period of declining health.
She was born October 30, 1912 in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Joseph and Josephine Bova LoBue.
Miss LoBue attended St. Agatha's High School and had worked at Talon for 45 years retiring as a production worker in 1975. She was a member of St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church and its Altar and Rosary Society. She was a member of the Italian Civic Club Aux. She enjoyed crocheting, flower gardening and was an avid reader.
Survivors include her companion/housekeeper, Ann Radcliffe of Bessemer, AL; two sisters, Sarah Leri and Rose A. Brunner; two brothers, M. Joseph LoBue and I. J. (Babe) LoBue, all of Meadville; five nieces; three nephews; also great nieces and great nephews and great great nieces and nephews.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Entombment was in St. Brigid Cemetery Mausoleum.
