Mary E. Russell

Mrs. Mary E. Russell, 82, formerly of Meadville, died Wednesday, May 29, 1968, at Smith Institute, Saegertown, where she had been a patient for two years.

A daughter of Frederick and Edith Faunce Wright, she was born, November 28, 1885, in Randolph Township.  Her husband, Carlyle (Carl) Russell, whom she married April 12, 1904, died in October of 1959.

She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church and of Meadville Grange.

She is survived by two sons, Ortho W. of Parma Heights, OH and Max C. of Erie; a sister, Mrs. L. D. (Hazel) Sheakley of Meadville; a brother, Donald Wright of Guys Mills and four grandchildren.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Radle Cemetery.
