Mary Edna Milhailov

Mary Edna Milhailov, 69, of Meadville, died Sunday, September 28, 1997 at Wesbury United Methodist Community following a period of declining health.

She was born August 23, 1928 in Guys Mills, a daughter of the late Eli and Mary Cvijeticaniu Milhailov.

Miss Milhailov was a 1947 graduate of Randolph High School and a 1951 graduate of Practical Bible Training School in Binghamton, NY.  She worked as a county office secretary in Montgomery Co., MD for 18 years, retiring in 1991.  She previously worked at National Cash Register in Maryland and the Children's Home of Binghamton, NY.

She attended Calvary Baptist Church in Meadville.

Survivors include six sisters, Anna, Emily and Ruby Milhailov, all of Meadville, Mildred Guthrie of Meadville, Sadie Milhailov of Grand Rapids, MI and Desta Stevens of Lindley, NY; four brothers, Milan Milhailov of Dallas, TX, John Milhailov of Mesa, AZ, George Milhailov of Grand Rapids, MI and Eli Milhailov of Guys Mills; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by one sister, Donna Fink and one brother, Harry Milhailov.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Radle Cemetery.
