Mary Elizabeth Ellsworth

Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Ellsworth, 82, of Meadville, widow of Harry Ellsworth, died Tuesday afternoon at Spencer Hospital after a long illness.

She was widow of the city water department superintendent who died May 26, 1952.  He had supervised the city water supply 50 years.

The former Elizabeth Yocum, Mrs. Ellsworth spent all her life in Meadville.  She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church.

Survivors are two sons, Dr. Robert H. Ellsworth and Dr. Richard W. Ellsworth, both of Meadville; and a nephew, Ward Yocum of Corpus Christi, TX.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
