Mary Louise Leszek

Mary Louise Leszek, 89, formerly of Meadville, died Thursday, September 18, 2014 at the Crawford County Care Center.

She was born December 10, 1924 in Conneautville a daughter of John and Sophie Przybyszewski Smolinski.  She married Adam P. Leszek June 20, 1942 and he preceded her in death November 15, 1962.

Mary worked at Avtex in production.  She was a member of the Saegertown American Legion Post 205 and she enjoyed Friday night fish dinners there.

Survivors include a son, Frank Leszek and his wife Jessie of Saegertown and their children and families, Dawn Henry and her husband Bob of Saegertown and their children, Kellie Eakin and her husband Eric, and Kyle and Kurtis Henry, Adam Leszek of Saegertown and his children, Adam, Jr., Skylar, and Frankie Leszek, Stephanie Sullivan and her husband Boyd of Saegertown and their children, Nickolas and Samantha Sullivan, Trisha Offi and her husband Rick of Saegertown and their children, Dominic, Felisha, and Tony Offi; a son-in-law, Fred Deater of Meadville and his children and their families, Tonya Hasenkopf and her husband Brian of Meadville and their sons, Elliott and Spencer Hasenkopf, Larisa Ramich and her husband Craig of Fairfax, VA and their children, Chloe and Aidan Ramrich, and Christian Deater of Tampa, FL and his son, Carson Deater; numerous nieces and nephews and her first great great grandchild due in October.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Stella O. Deater May 4, 2010 and two brothers and two sisters.

Per Mary’s wishes, there will be no calling hours.

A private family funeral service will be at the Robert W. Waid Funeral Home, 581 Chestnut St., Meadville.

Interment will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
