Mildred Lingo

Mildred Lingo, 79, of Meadville, died Wednesday, August 7, 2002 at Meadville Medical Center.

She was born June 5, 1923 in Meadville, a daughter of the late Norman and Bertha Hope.  She married Park Lingo June 4, 1942 and he preceded her in death April 23, 1996.

Survivors include a daughter, Linda Myers of Townville, 2 grandchildren, Laurie Myers Gilbert, and Marc Myers, and 2 great grandsons.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Nancy Lingo, a sister, Margaret Clark, & a brother, Merle Hope.

A private funeral and committal service was held Saturday at Robert W. Waid Funeral Home, Inc. with the Rev. William Brown, Visitation pastor Stone United Methodist Church, officiating.

Burial was in Saegertown Cemetery.
