Mildred S. Hauser

Mildred S. Hauser, 82, of Conneaut Lake, died Saturday, August 31, 2002.

She was born July 13, 1920 in Meadville, a daughter of the late Joseph and Esther DeVore Seidel.  She married Edward G. Hauser, June 12, 1943 and he preceded in death May 21, 1994 following over 50 years of marriage.

She was a 1938 graduate of Meadville High School.  She worked at Talon and previously worked at the former Bell Telephone Co., Meadville.  She was a member of the Watson Run Women's Club.  She especially enjoyed her family farmhouse.

She was a member of Our Lady Queen of Americas Church, Conneaut Lake and its Parish Care and Concern Committee.

Survivors, include a daughter, Carol Jenness (Robert) of Boca Raton, FL; two grandchildren, Laurie Taddonio and Jon Jenness; two great-grandchildren and a brother, Joseph R. Seidel of Lakewood, OH.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, James H. and George A. Seidel.

Services were held at Waid-Coleman Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery, Meadville.
