Miriam M. Bolard

Mrs. Miriam M. Bolard, 63, formerly of Golfview Manor and widow of George Bolard, died Sunday, February 15, 1981, at United Methodist Nursing Hospital following an illness of the past year.

She was born in Brunswick, ME, on January 10, 1918, a daughter of Professor Lee D. and Jennie McRoberts McLean.  George Bolard died in January 1958.

She was a retired assistant manager for Carlisle's Department Store and previously worked for Wolff's and Crawford Store.

She was a member of Stone United Methodist Church.  She graduated from Allegheny College and attended Cincinnati Retail Business School.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. James (Sandy) Bentley of Burleson, TX; and a sister, Mrs. Donald (Jane) Richards of Incline Village, NV.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
