Molly Beth Carlson

Molly Beth Carlson, 14, died at 9:50 a.m. Monday February 16, 1970, at the Shrine Burns Institute, Cincinnati, OH.

Daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard W. Carlson, she had been listed in critical condition for more than two months, since the fire that hit her Rogers Ferry Road home December 9, 1969.  Her sister, Martha, 10, died in the fire.

Molly was born in Meadville, July 19, 1955, a daughter of Richard W. and Marilyn Duggan Carlson.  She was a 9th grader at Meadville Area Junior High School and was a member of Stone United Methodist Church.

Surviving besides her parents are two brothers, Dennis and Larry Carlson and her maternal grandparents, Mrs. Harry Williams and Earl Duggan, both of Bradford.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
