Mona Foulk Smith

April 18, 1919 — January 1, 1753

Mrs. Mona Foulk Smith, 30, wife of William M. Smith, died Sunday afternoon at her home, following a brief illness.

A lifelong resident of Meadville, Mrs. Smith was a member of the First Christian Church and its Live Wire Class.

Surviving besides her husband are a son, Roger, at home; one sister, Miss Arlene Foulk of Meadville; and two brothers, James Foulk of Conneaut Lake and Milton Foulk of Meadville.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Blooming Valley Cemetery.
