Mona M. Bradway, 50, of Meadville, died Wednesday, April 27, 1988, at Meadville Medical Center following a brief illness.
She was born in Meadville, May 13, 1937, a daughter of Jack and Dora Louise Nageotte Armstrong. She married Marvin G. Bradway June 27, 1966. He survives.
She was a foster parent for more than 20 years. She worked part-time on the custodial staff at the Crawford County Courthouse. She was a member of Pine Grove United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women of the Church, and was the church secretary-treasurer.
Survivors, in addition to her husband, include a daughter, Shelley Bradway at home; two sons, Robert Anderson and Phil Anderson, both of Meadville; three stepdaughters, Mrs. Nick (Barbara) Roserlisht of Venice, CA, Mrs. Randy (Patty) Fyock of Meadville and Joyce Bradway of Cobrain, Mass; a foster son, Christopher Moore at home; a sister, Mrs. Mickey (Jacqueline) Coolidge of Meadville; a halft-sister, Mrs. Tom (Mary Lou) Mattis of Sugar Lake; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins; three grandchildren; and two step-grandchildren.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Kiser Hill Cemetery.
