Myrtle Crandall

Myrtle (Tilly) Crandall, 94, a Wesbury United Methodist Community resident for the past six and one-half years, died Sunday, October 5, 1986, at Wesbury following a brief illness. Mrs. Crandall was born in Almond, NY, August 9, 1892, a daughter of Henry and Delia Makeley. She married Charles Crandall, who preceded her in death in 1955. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Meadville Women's Club, the Country Club and the former Ladies Advisory Committee of Meadville City Hospital. Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. John (Carmon) Shryock of Meadville; one sister, Doris Pendergast of Sebring, FL; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Ivan Makeley and Carl Makeley. Services were held at Waid Funeral Home. Interment was in Greendale Cemetery. Services Past Services
