Nancy A. Larko

Nancy A. Larko, 84, of Meadville, died Friday, June 26, 2015 at UPMC Hamot in Erie. She was born in Geneva, PA April 20, 1931 a daughter of Wallace Armour and Emma Mae Adsit. She married Robert C. Larko December 18, 1965 and he preceded her in death December 2, 2003. She was a 1949 graduate of Conneaut Lake High School. She worked first as an operator for Bell Telephone in Erie then as a receptionist for the former Westinghouse then Sunbeam Corp. in Meadville. With her husband Bob, they owned and operated Bobbies Western Square Dance Shoppe in Vernon Township and enjoyed dancing with the Kon Yacht Kickers for many years. She was a member of Stone United Methodist Church and its United Methodist Women, Church Women United, Wesburys Sunset Auxiliary, the Conneaut Lake Historical Society and the Antiquarians Study Group. She was also a Stephen Minister. She is survived by a son, Vincent Bilecki and his wife LuAnn of Meadville; a daughter, Anita Woods and her husband Thomas of Linesville; four grandchildren, Craig Bilecki, Eric Bilecki, Emily Woods and Evan Woods and her cat Lillie Marlene. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by four sisters, Charlotte Ellen Adsit, Erval A. Adsit, Lois E. Adsit and I. Josephine Adsit and a brother, Walton (Abe) W. Adsit. Calling hours will be Sunday from 4-7 p.m. and Monday from 10-11 a.m. at the Waid-Coleman Funeral Home, Inc., 12422 Conneaut Lake Road, Conneaut Lake. The funeral service will be Monday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Sarah Roncolato, Pastor of Stone United Methodist Church, officiating. Interment will be in Geneva Memorial Cemetery.
