Nancy B. Bloomstrand

Mrs. Nancy B. Bloomstrand, 72, formerly of Erie and a resident of Cambridge Springs, widow of Carle G. Bloomstrand, died at City Hospital, Friday, February 12, 1982, following an illness of several months.

She was born in Jamestown, NY, February 17, 1909, a daughter of Henri and Alice Rushworth LeFevre Brown.

She was employed as director of Christian Education at Westminster United Presbyterian Church, Erie, and prior to that at Church of the Covenant, Erie.

A member of North Richmond United Methodist Church, Mrs. Bloomstrand also was a member of Meadville Women's Club.

She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Joseph L. (Lois) Kelley of Cambridge Springs; a sister, Mrs. Henrietta Downing of Austin, TX; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Mrs. Bloomstrand was preceded in death by a brother.

Arrangements were held by the Robert W. Waid Funeral Home.
