Nancy L. Frontz

Nancy L. Frontz of 22011 Blooming Valley Road, Meadville, died Tuesday August 5, 2008, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice House, Spartanburg, SC, after an illness of several months.

She was born in Meadville, March 15, 1927, a daughter of the late Staley J. and Nancy Elizabeth Maskrey Kebort, Sr.  She married John D. Frontz April 21, 1945, and he preceded her in death February 15, 2005.

She was a 1944 graduate of Meadville High School, a homemaker, and had worked briefly at both Talon and Allegheny College.

She was a member of Stone United Methodist Church, Golden Crown Chapter, Order of Eastern Star, and the Col. Crawford Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution.

She was a caring wife and loving mother.

Family members include a daughter, Linda F. Creasap and her husband Mark of Spartanburg, SC; a son, David J. Frontz, and his wife Genie of Columbia, SC.; three grandchildren, Wendy Frontz, and Brandon and Ryan Creasap, and a great grandson, Brayden Creasap.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by an infant brother, Stanley J. Kebort, Jr.

Calling hours will be Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. with a D.A.R. service at 4 p.m. at Robert W. Waid Funeral Home, Inc. 581 Chestnut St., Meadville.

The funeral service will be held Saturday at 2:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home

Officiating will be the Rev. Sarah Daniels Roncolato.

Burial will be in Greendale Cemetery.
