Nancy Sue Bailey Moore, 70, of Vernon Township, died Monday, December 29, 2008.
She was born August 12, 1938 at Geneva Hospital, Geneva, a daughter of the late Walter D. and Marion Glee Clark Bailey. She married Earl Llewellyn Moore in October 1958.
Mrs. Moore loved decorating for the holidays, birds and playing flowers in the spring. She was a former poll worker for the Crawford County Elections Bureau. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren.
Survivors, in addition to her husband Earl of 50 years, include four sons, Earl Moore, Jr. of Vernon Township, Alan Moore (Kimberly) of Pittsburgh, and Kevin and Patrick Moore, both of Washington Township, NJ; a daughter, Janice Allen (Leslie) of Conneaut Lake; a brother, Darwin Bailey of Meadville; a sister, Audrey Bailey (Bob) of Meadville; three grandsons, Justin of Conneaut Lake and Michael and Jeremy, both of Vernon Township; two granddaughters, Katie of Conneaut Lake and Madeline of Pittsburgh and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Wilford and Maurice Bailey and a sister, Phyllis Bailey.
Services were held with the Waid-Colemand Funeral Home.
Interment was in Geneva Cemetery.
