Naomi M. Pavlik

Naomi M. Pavlik, 87, of Meadville and a resident of the Crawford County Care Center, died there, Saturday, December 11, 2010.

She was born in Meadville, November 5, 1923.  She married George R. Pavlik August 6, 1939 and he preceded her in death June 6, 1986.

She worked for Tamarack Packaging for several years and she was a homemaker.  She was also a member of High Street Community Church, Conneaut Lake.

Survivors, include: a son, Harold E. "Gene" Pavlik of Conneaut Lake; seven grandchildren, Karen Shields, Tammy Gentile, Todd Pavlik, Laurie Lewis, Robert Lewis, Cindy Lewis and Brian Lewis, several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Judy Lewis, three sisters and six brothers.

Calling hours will be Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. at the Robert W. Waid Funeral Home, Inc., 581 Chestnut Street, Meadville.  The funeral and committal service will follow at 8 p.m. with the Rev. David M. Meckley, Pastor of High Street Community Church, officiating.

Interment will be in Denny Cemetery.
