Nicholas Ott, 76, died Thursday afternoon at his home in West Mead Township.
Mr. Ott operated a meat market in Meadville for many years but had been an invalid the past 15 years. He was a member of St. Agatha Roman Catholic Church.
Surviving are the widow, Mrs. Gertrude Pinkhouse Ott; two daughters, Mrs. Otis G. Garfield and Mrs. Rose H. Snyder, both of Meadville; a son, Leo J. Ott of Cleveland; two sisters and three brothers, Mrs. Andrew Deitsch, Fred, Frank and John Ott, all of Meadville and Mrs. Lena Smith of Cleveland; also seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in St. Agatha's Cemetery.
